2. Definitions
In this Policy, the terms written in capital letters have the following meanings:
2.1. Service Provider: a legal entity providing services related to the information society.
2.2. User: any person who uses the website or any of the services available on the website in any way.
3. General Provisions
3.1. Matters not regulated in this Policy, as well as the interpretation of this Policy, shall be governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Ptk.”) and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
3.2. This Policy is effective from 4 March 2016 and remains in force until revoked. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Policy. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on the website 11 (eleven) days prior to their entry into force. By using the website, users accept that all regulations related to the use of the website apply to them automatically.
3.3. By entering the website operated by the Service Provider or reading its content in any way, the User acknowledges the provisions of this Policy as binding. If the User does not accept the conditions, they are not entitled to view the content of the website.
3.4. The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the website, any part of it, the content displayed on it, and its distribution. It is prohibited to download, store electronically, process, or sell any content or part of the content on the website without the written permission of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage, loss, or costs resulting from the website, its use or unavailability, improper operation, malfunction, computer virus, line or system failure, or other similar causes. The User acknowledges that the Service Provider is not responsible for any damage to the User’s device, damage caused by a virus, or any data loss, nor for unauthorized access to the User’s device or network.
5. Copyright
By using the website, you automatically accept the following terms:
The content of the website is the exclusive intellectual property of Artdentist Kft. (1165 Budapest, Nógrádverőce út 31, Cgt. 01-09-276465).
The website owner (Artdentist KFT) reserves all rights regarding the copying and distribution of any part of the website by any method. Without prior written permission from the website owner (Artdentist KFT), it is prohibited to use or resell any part or element of the website (texts, images, animations, video materials, programs, etc.).
The entire content of the website, together with advertisements, is protected by copyright; extracting any part, publishing a mutilated version—including making it accessible to the public—storing on a hard drive, or printing is prohibited.
Mirroring the website, i.e. rebroadcasting it using a technical operation, is also prohibited—even in unchanged form!
Unauthorized use of the information and content on the website may result in criminal and civil legal consequences. The website owner may initiate the cessation of infringing behavior and seek compensation for damages.
News/information from the website may only be linked, copied, or republished if the receiving party obtains written permission from the owner (Artdentist Kft) and clearly states that the information originates from the website, without modifying its content. The use of the Service Provider’s logo or trademarks is only permitted with prior written consent.
The domain name and logo artdent.hu are protected by copyright and trademark law and may only be used with the written permission of the Service Provider.
The User acknowledges that, in case of unauthorized use, the Owner (Artdentist Kft.) is entitled to a penalty. The amount of the penalty is EUR 1000 gross per image, and EUR 300 per word. The User acknowledges that this penalty clause is not excessive and browses the site with this knowledge. In the event of copyright infringement, the Service Provider applies a notarial certification of facts, the cost of which is also charged to the infringing user.
6. Modification and Cancellation Policy
Naturally, it may happen that due to illness or an unforeseen important matter, you are unable to attend your booked appointment. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email! This way, your appointment can be rescheduled once free of charge (even within 24 hours).
However, in case of cancellation within 24 hours or if the appointment is not cancelled at all, a standby fee of HUF 20,000 will be invoiced. Furthermore, we reserve the right to provide a new appointment only after the standby fee has been paid in advance. Thank you for your understanding!
