The Secret to a Successful Root Canal Treatment: A Three-Step Cleaning Process
In addition to mechanical and chemical cleaning, we disinfect the affected tooth with a specialized laser treatment. This ensures the complete removal of pain-inducing tissues and bacteria causing inflammation.
Digital Root Canal Length Determination
Throughout the procedure, a computer-controlled digital device precisely determines the length of the root canal down to the millimeter, facilitating the effective and long-term preservation of the damaged tooth.
Computer-Controlled Root Canal Treatment
A specialized endodontic motor, designed for root canal treatment, ensures optimal conditions for perfect root filling. Its use allows for faster and more thorough canal widening, reducing treatment time.
How Is Root Canal Treatment Performed at Our Clinic?
1. Comprehensive Assessment & Oral Cancer Screening
At the initial visit, we conduct a thorough assessment using a CT scan to evaluate your dental condition. In a calm environment, focusing entirely on you, we discuss the results and potential treatment solutions in detail, addressing all your concerns.
2. Written Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we prepare a comprehensive treatment plan with a detailed cost estimate, which we review step by step. After the first visit, you will have a clear understanding of the procedure, timeline, and costs involved.

3. Special Anesthesia = Painless Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment is always performed under anesthesia. We use a modern, specialized anesthetic developed for oral surgical procedures, which is four times stronger than conventional anesthetics—ensuring a completely painless experience.
4. Three-Step Cleaning Process Prior to Root Canal Treatment
After administering anesthesia, we remove decayed tissue and use a computer-controlled root canal system to determine the root canal length with millimeter precision, performing mechanical cleaning. This is followed by chemical cleaning with disinfectants and anti-inflammatory agents. Finally, a laser treatment disinfects the exposed tooth. This three-step process eliminates infected tissue, damaged nerves, and bacteria causing inflammation.
5. Root Canal Length Determination
Next, the root canal is widened, followed by the application of a medicated filling inside the canal and a temporary filling on the crown. The medicated filling not only has anti-inflammatory and disinfecting properties but also protects the treated area.
6. Final Root Canal Filling & Crown Restoration
If no symptoms arise during the 1-2 week medicated filling period, the tooth is ready for permanent root canal filling. The medicated filling is removed, the root canal is disinfected, and a permanent filling is placed up to the root tip. Finally, the tooth crown is restored. If the decay is minor, an aesthetic filling is used; if the cavity is extensive, an inlay or dental crown is the best solution.

To ensure long-term success, we offer free biannual check-ups. We also send reminders via email or phone as the scheduled date approaches.
