Ozone Therapy

Ozone therapy is a modern, safe, advanced, and pain-free procedure, distinct from traditional dental treatments, and can be applied in various dental fields. During the treatment, we use an Ozone DTA generator, which is equipped with various glass probes of different shapes and sizes, helping to quickly heal oral cavity issues. The device generates ozone (O₃) through an electric discharge, aided by noble gases (neon or argon) in the glass electrode, converting oxygen from the air into ozone. When the ozone molecule captures an electron, it splits into oxygen molecules and oxygen atoms, but remains in an unstable state. The two oxygen atoms immediately bond to form an oxygen molecule. The active oxygen created by the splitting ozone oxidizes the bacterial cell membrane, preventing further division, stops viruses from attaching to cells, and halts their reproduction. The oxidizing and disinfecting process with ozone is so effective that microorganisms cannot build immunity to it, unlike other chemical agents. It is an environmentally friendly, pain-free, and safe treatment with no risk of sensitivity or allergic reactions.
