At our clinic, we offer the opportunity to receive a personalized treatment plan based on coordinated recommendations from specialists in various fields, providing you with comfort, time, and cost savings.
Professional Expertise Contributing to Successful Root Canal Treatment
At our clinic, the procedure is performed only by specialists in microscopic root canal treatment. With the help of a microscope, we are able to save teeth that would otherwise need to be extracted and restore poorly executed root canal treatments.
Long-term, Lasting Results
The treatment is performed using high-quality, nanocomposite filling materials, along with laser dentistry and precision tools that are guided by a computer, all of which are magnified for accuracy.
The secret to successful root canal treatment lies in a three-step cleaning process
In addition to mechanical and chemical cleaning, we disinfect the treated tooth with a special laser, removing infected tissue and bacteria that cause inflammation and pain.
How Does Microscopic Root Canal Treatment Work at Our Clinic?
1. Pre-Treatment Examination
It is common for patients to visit us when they want to save a previously root-treated tooth that is now causing pain. At the first appointment, we use a CT scan to assess the extent of decay and inflammation in the tooth. Then, in a calm environment, we thoroughly review the results, discuss possible solutions, and answer any questions.
2. Written Treatment Plan
Based on the results, we create a detailed treatment plan with a cost estimate, going through each step. After the first consultation, you will know exactly what to expect in terms of timing, duration, and cost.

3. Specialized Anesthesia for Pain-Free Treatment
At our clinic, every microscopic root canal treatment is done under anesthesia. We use modern, specially developed anesthetics designed for oral surgery, which are four times stronger than traditional anesthetics, ensuring a completely pain-free experience. Say goodbye to unpleasant dental memories from years ago!
4. Three-Step Cleaning Before the Root Canal Treatment
After anesthesia, we open the tooth and use the microscope to determine the exact location of the root canals. We begin with mechanical cleaning using a specialized, computer-guided root canal machine. This is followed by chemical cleaning using disinfectants and anti-inflammatory agents. Finally, we use a laser to disinfect the exposed tooth. This specialized process ensures the complete removal of infected tissue, nerves, and bacteria that cause inflammation.
5. Determining the Length of the Root Canal
We use a microscope and a computer-guided digital tool to determine the exact length of the root canal with millimeter precision. This step is crucial for a successful and long-lasting root filling. Afterward, we widen the root canal, place a medicated filling in the canal, and apply a temporary filling to the crown. The medicated filling not only has anti-inflammatory and disinfecting properties but also protects the treated area.
6. Final Root Filling and Crown Restoration
After the healing period, the tooth is ready for the final root filling. In the last appointment, we remove the medicated filling, rinse the root canal with disinfectant, and place the final root filling that reaches the apex of the root. Finally, we restore the crown of the tooth. If the decayed part of the tooth is not too extensive, we will place an aesthetic filling. If the tooth is too damaged, we will place a crown.

We offer a free biannual check-up to ensure the long-term success of your treatment. We will send a reminder about your upcoming appointment by email or phone.
