Cost depends on the severity of crowding, i.e., the number of aligners required – more complex cases need more aligners for a harmonious smile. Typically, treatment costs range between HUF 280,000 and 350,000. If total cost exceeds HUF 450,000-500,000, invisible aligners may not be the best choice; a fixed appliance can be more effective, faster, and possibly more affordable. There is no age constraint – children, adolescents, and adults, even over 40, can benefit. Digital planning, treatment design, and 3D-printed aligners ensure effectiveness. However, success significantly depends on patient compliance – treatments are best suited for individuals aged 16+, ideally 20-22+, as wear time of 22 hours/day is crucial.

Like any treatment, aligners have limitations and there are case-specific constraints. For complex or unpredictable tooth movements requiring longer treatment and higher cost, fixed appliances may be more effective, faster, and cost-efficient. The number of required aligners (and thereby treatment duration) depends on the malocclusion. Noticeable results may appear in as little as three months, but average treatment time is around 10 months. With full compliance, duration can be accurately predicted. Treatment is always personalized.

Yes – contrary to claims that aligners are do-it-yourself, regular monitoring is essential. Visits every 4-6 weeks allow us to ensure aligners are tracking properly and add attachments if needed. Follow-up visits are included in the treatment cost and are complementary.

The foundation is digital planning. After consultation and decision to proceed, we perform records: impressions, panoramic and cephalometric X‑rays, photographs – and create a 3D movement plan via software. The plan calculates aligner count, treatment duration, and cost. You receive a virtual animation showing initial through final stages with the plan.

Our lab then manufactures the aligners using laser scanning and 3D printing with sub-millimeter accuracy. The ultra-thin, transparent trays apply precise forces to move teeth gradually-typically one tray every 10-14 days.
