Dr. Szilárd Pál Ambrus
I graduated summa cum laude from Semmelweis University in 2004. I obtained my first specialization in orthopedics and traumatology in 2011, followed by a second in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2019. Throughout my career, I have worked in both private practices and hospital settings. As an oral surgeon, I have treated patients at Ráday Mosoly Centrum, Családi Fogászat, Nemes Dental Center, as well as at Vecsés Dental and Dombi Dental. My hospital experience includes positions at the South-Pest Central Hospital, the Fejér County St. George University Teaching Hospital, and the Traumatology Department of the Military Hospital. I also served in Kosovo as a medical unit commander within the KFOR mission.
In my practice, I focus on complex areas of oral surgery, including wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting, dental implant placement, and the management of facial injuries. I strive to perform all treatments in a minimally invasive, quick, and as pain-free way as possible – because I believe patients should never be seen merely as a “tooth” with a problem, but as whole human beings.
I firmly believe that only evidence-based medicine has a place in the clinic, which is why my methods are always professionally grounded. I keep my knowledge up to date by regularly attending trainings and professional conferences.
As an oral surgeon, a holistic perspective allows me to view my patients beyond just a single procedure. For me, the most important aspects are trust, a sense of calm, and guiding each patient through the treatment process with patience and clarity.
