Dr. Márta Haris
After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Semmelweis University, I had the opportunity to gain extensive experience in both pediatric and adult orthodontics. I primarily work with a Damon-like passive self-ligating system, which has the major advantage of allowing us to treat severe crowding without the need for tooth extractions. Thanks to its continuous, gentle force application, treatment time is reduced and discomfort after bonding and activation is minimal.
Most of my continuing education focuses on orthodontics based on modern Damon principles. In addition, I actively seek out knowledge and experience with mini implants and aligner systems to expand my range of treatment options.
My most important mission is to encourage even patients well past their teenage years to feel confident starting orthodontic treatment – because as long as you have teeth, it’s never too late for braces.
