As a patient coordinator, my goal is to make every person who visits us feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for from the very first moment — almost as if they were visiting a trusted friend. I believe it is important that patients feel comfortable asking questions and receive clear, accurate, and reassuring information throughout the entire treatment process, from the first consultation to the final appointment.

I truly believe that kindness, patience, and attentive communication are just as important as the treatment itself. Many people arrive at a dental clinic feeling anxious or uncertain, so I always strive to create a calm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere where patients feel understood and cared for.

I attended a German-language high school and later lived in Germany, so the German language and culture are especially close to me. I am always happy to support our international and German-speaking patients, helping them feel confident and comfortable throughout every step of their treatment journey.

In everyday life, I believe in the power of positivity. Sometimes a kind word, a smile, or a little humor can make a much bigger difference than we realize — because genuine human attention and empathy truly matter.
