Some patients fear the sounds, others the pain-and many fear both. Thanks to modern anesthesia techniques, our treatments are completely painless. We use state-of-the-art local anesthetics developed specifically for oral surgery, which are four times stronger than traditional agents, gentle on the body, and with a minimal onset time.
As advocates of pain-free dentistry, we often use topical anesthetics to ensure that even the administration of the anesthetic injection is comfortable. This means that in our clinic, we apply a preliminary anesthetic-a soft gel, usually strawberry-flavored-that gently numbs the area, making the injection barely noticeable.

Tooth extraction is a last resort for us, reserved only for truly irreparable cases. That’s why we prioritize thorough diagnostic assessments and comprehensive evaluation of CT scans. In addition, we utilize a three-step cleaning procedure, premium nanocomposite filling materials, and advanced, computer-assisted digital devices to elevate tooth-preserving treatments to a new level.
This same principle applies to orthodontics. We know many people worry they’ll need to have teeth extracted before braces. And while this is a common practice at many clinics, we do everything we can to avoid it. With the modern orthodontic systems we use-particularly the Damon system-we can resolve even severe crowding without extractions. Thanks to gentler forces, the lip muscles help maintain the position of the front teeth, and the dental arches expand laterally. This creates space for crowded teeth without extractions, allowing us to correct bite discrepancies effectively.
