Over the past 8 years, I have specialized in making dental treatments – no matter how complex – as smooth and stress-free as possible for our patients. I understand that a major procedure or a complete smile makeover requires a great deal of trust. That is why my role goes far beyond the reception desk: as your dedicated point of contact, I accompany you throughout the entire process, from the first consultation to the final follow-up appointment.

How do I support our patients?

• Understanding treatment plans and cost estimates: I explain the treatment plan prepared by your dentist clearly and step by step, so that every stage of the treatment and all associated costs are fully transparent.
• Coordinating complex treatment schedules: I organize treatment plans involving multiple specialties – such as oral surgery, orthodontics, and prosthodontics – in a convenient, logical, and time-efficient way.
• Continuous communication: I remain available between appointments as well. If you have any questions or feel uncertain about any part of your treatment, I am here to help.
• Reducing anxiety and creating a welcoming atmosphere: With empathy and personal attention, I make sure you feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout your time with us.

With a degree in Economics and nearly a decade of experience in patient coordination, my goal is to take care of the organization and administration so that you can focus entirely on your recovery and your new smile.
