Important Appointment Booking Information Notice
Dear Patient,
We would like to thank you for your trust in choosing our clinic. In order to ensure the planned treatment time and undisturbed care for all our patients, please read our policy regarding the modification and cancellation of appointments carefully.
By finalizing the booking, you have accepted our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), of which Section VI. 3. sets out the cancellation conditions and the rules for the availability fee.
1. Deadline for cancellation and modification
The booked appointment can be modified or cancelled free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the start of the treatment.
2. The Availability Fee
If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the treatment, or if you do not show up for your appointment (or are more than 30 minutes late), the following rules will apply (GTC VI. 3.1-3.4.):
„If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours before its start, or the Orderer does not show up or is more than 30 minutes late, they are obliged to pay an availability fee of HUF 20,000 to the Service Provider, unless they can subsequently justify their absence in a credible manner (e.g., with a medical certificate).”
3. Payment process
- Request for payment: Within 3 working days following the missed appointment, we will send you a request for payment (pro-forma invoice) by e-mail.
- Deadline: Please settle the amount of the request for payment via bank transfer within 2 calendar days.
- Invoice: The final invoice will be issued and sent after the receipt of the amount.
- New appointment: We inform you that we are only able to provide a new appointment after the previous availability fee has been fully settled.
4. Materials procured (Penalty)
If we have procured special materials for your treatment (e.g., individual dental prosthetics, implants), and the treatment does not take place within two weeks following the cancelled appointment, we are entitled to invoice the full value of the procured materials as a cancellation penalty.
Why are these rules necessary?
At our clinic, the medical team and the technical background are exclusively at your disposal during your appointment. Late cancellation or no-show results in empty clinic capacity, which takes away time from our other patients who may be in pain or waiting.

VI. PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION OF TREATMENT
3. Availability fee and cancellation conditions
3.1. The Service Provider informs the Orderer that the booked appointment can be cancelled free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the start of the treatment.
3.2. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours before its start, or the Orderer does not show up at the booked appointment, or is more than 30 minutes late, they are obliged to pay an availability fee of HUF 20,000 (hereinafter: „Availability Fee”) to the Service Provider, unless they can subsequently justify their absence in a credible manner (e.g., with a medical certificate).
3.3. Within 3 working days following the missed appointment or late cancellation, the Service Provider shall issue an electronic request for payment (pro-forma invoice) to the e-mail address provided by the Orderer. The Orderer is obliged to settle the amount of the request for payment within 2 calendar days of its receipt via bank transfer.
The Service Provider shall issue and send the final invoice to the Orderer after the payment of the Availability Fee (after the amount has been credited to the bank account). The Orderer acknowledges that the Service Provider is only obliged to provide a new appointment for the provision of the service after the full payment of the Availability Fee.
3.4. If, in such a case, the Service Provider has procured materials for the Patient and the treatment does not take place within two weeks following the original appointment, the Service Provider is entitled to invoice the full value of the procured materials to the Patient as a cancellation penalty. The provisions of this section are also applicable if the given service is ordered by another person (e.g., a relative) on behalf of or for the benefit of the Patient.
