Special anesthetic = pain-free treatment
We use a modern anesthetic developed for advanced oral surgical procedures, which is four times stronger than traditional anesthetics – making the entire aesthetic inlay procedure completely pain-free.
Digital impression = 10-micron accuracy
The intraoral scanner provides a demonstrably more precise and detailed impression than traditional impression methods, allowing for the creation of a far more accurate restoration. The impression-taking is gentle and comfortable, and the scanning process takes only 1–2 minutes.
The highest quality currently available
Pressed ceramic inlays stand out for their quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Due to their precision, cementation margins are virtually invisible, minimizing the risk of future discoloration or secondary caries.
How Is an Aesthetic Inlay Prepared at Our Clinic?
1. Free Oral Health Assessment and Oral Cancer Screening
During the first visit, we perform a comprehensive oral health assessment and take a digital panoramic X-ray to evaluate the condition of your teeth. If an inlay is medically justified instead of a traditional filling, we will inform you and discuss the most suitable treatment options for your case.
2. Written Treatment Plan
Based on the diagnostic results, we prepare a detailed treatment plan and price estimate, which we review point by point. After the initial consultation, you will have a clear understanding of the required treatment, the timeline, duration, and total cost.

3. Anesthesia
The first step of the treatment is anesthesia. We use a modern anesthetic developed for advanced oral surgery that is four times stronger than conventional agents – ensuring a completely pain-free experience.
4. Removal of Decay, Cavity Preparation
Once numbness is achieved, all decayed tooth tissue and accumulated bacteria are completely removed. The cavity is then pretreated to ensure the inlay fits precisely and seamlessly against the inner wall of the tooth. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
5. Fabrication of the Aesthetic Inlay
Next, an impression is taken of the prepared tooth, and the cavity is temporarily sealed. The dental laboratory fabricates the porcelain inlay, which matches your natural tooth color and shape. Each layer is hardened under extreme heat and pressure, resulting in a highly durable restoration resistant to biting forces.
6. Cementation of the Aesthetic Inlay
At the second visit, the inlay is tried in, and if the fit and aesthetics are ideal, it is permanently cemented into the prepared cavity. Inlays/onlays are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable and comfortable. They do not wear down or fracture easily, and the contact points remain stable long-term.
